Duties and responsibilities include:

• Development of creative copy, content and imagery (Canva, video etc)
• Social media content creation and management
• Preparation of industry award and recognition submissions
• Assist in the delivery of a new employee engagement platform
• Keep stakeholders connected to our EVP work and aligned on where we’re going
• Project support where initiatives impact our EVP
• General internal communications support
• Data analysis to provide insights and make progressive suggestions / improvements

All about you:

To be successful in this role you will have an interest in the automotive industry, along with sales and/or account management experience (automotive industry preferred). You will enjoy achieving KPI's and targets, and you'll love working in a fast paced environment.

In addition you will also:

• Attend and participate in monthly sales meetings and regular training sessions
• Meet sales budgets through a combination of face-to-face and over the phone sales
• Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders
• A valid driver's licence is required (manual preferred)
• A passion for all things automotive and Repco products
