Role responsibilities:

• Puts Safety first! Prioritise safety, ensuring that we go home the way in which we arrived at work.
• Is the first point of contact for our customers in person and over the phone. Your typical day may include interpreting parts, processing customer orders, ensuing efficient dispatch of products and parts, promoting specials, arranging buy ins, processing credits + much more!
• Will provide accurate and technical parts support to our trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive parts and /or mechanical knowledge.
• Is a superstar seller and problem solver, who stays in the ‘know’ with product information.
• Thrives on building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
